Registration - Terms & Conditions

  1. Proof of payment is needed before learners can begin with their studies.
  2. Fees cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  3. Registration with the GDE can only be completed once the application form and fees have been paid and/or method of payment has been outlined.
  4. Examination fees for matric learners cannot be transferred to another sitting.
  5. Dates of Examinations are nationally set and cannot be changed.
  6. Application forms for special concessions (extra time or writing examinations at an alternative venue, for example) must accompany the application form.
  7. A term’s notice is needed if learners are to leave Ivy Academy. If this is not adhered to the fees will be forfeited.
